| Ladies Self Defense SeminarLed by Officer Dan HaneySaturday, November 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Cost: $7 (Includes Lunch) Dan teaches how to be alert and aware of your surroundings, how to avoid being a victim, and how to defend yourself. He will demonstrate self-defense moves and allow attendees to participate with a volunteer partner (padding will be available). |
